FAQs and Their Answers

Aren't there many regulations around shipping of alcohol?

Yes - spirits shipping is complicated. This is why we conservatively focused our projections on only Washington sales and shipping because shipping in-state to consumers under a FedEx or UPS contract is allowed, and is our starting point. We would also be allowed to ship to several states and would likely do so once we are certain that our compliance for that state is in place. Laws are rapidly changing as consumers want more e-commerce options. Many companies are taking advantage of the "grey area" (i.e. ignoring the law) but we do not plan to operate that way.
